Our healthy juice bar focuses on raw & organic juices & smoothies. We will also soon be welding our drinks into a small fitness boutique to help improve individuals overall healthy life choices. We offer these services from our small homestyle location and have the program that will fit your personal needs.
Everyone can work & have fun within our fitness studio so do not feel intimated. Our professionals have more than 25 years of experience guiding individuals just like you. Stop by or call us today. We offer small group & individual Personal Training Sessions, Private Physical Therapy, Stretching,Yoga, Pilates, Massage, Nutrition Guidance & daily walks with juice in hand! Come in give us a try.
